Nice hotel located near to Cleveland, and quiet area. The staff were nice and assisted us with free parking. Comfortable bed in a brand-new room. Perfectly fine facilities. Marvellous and nice location in the middle of jackson, easy to get anywhere.

Upon arrival, the hotel felt abandoned. Broken windows, poorly maintained lobby, and unclean rooms left me feeling unsafe. I encountered rude staff, and the overall atmosphere was unsettling. I strongly advise families to reconsider. Opt for nearby accommodations instead for a more pleasant stay.

Honestly, I had a decent chat with one of the agents there, they were nice and tried to be helpful. Had a problem with the toilet seat but they handled it quickly! That was a relief, considering the conditions.
I gotta say, it wasn't exactly a steal, although it was somewhat tolerable.

I wouldn't recommend this place. the sheets were too thin, the carpet was stained, and the bathroom left a lot to be desired. The tub had stains and there was no tissue. I definitely wouldn't stay here again.
